Aggregates owns and operates various quarries, pits, and asphalt operations
in the Georgian Bay area. These quarries are approved for extraction of
aggregate under various licenses issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources
(MNR). In addition many of the sites hold permits from the Ministry of the
Environment for taking and discharging water and asphalt plant operations.
As with all our operations, Georgian aggregates uses professional consultants in conjunction with sound environmental management practices to ensure the preservation of the surrounding environment. |
