Committee
A
project committee was formed in May 2003 for ongoing communication between
Georgian and neighbours of the quarry lands. Members are: property owners
Bill Franks, Amelia Franks, and Richard Young; Carmarthen Lake Farms
representative Kathy Graham; and Georgian representatives Ken Lucyshyn,
Ed Lamb and Rosemary Ackermann.

Houses
Open
houses will be held periodically with invitation notices sent out to
property owners two weeks in advance.
Property
Visits
Georgian representatives have visited several
neighbouring properties to gain an understanding of specific concerns
residents have. Hydrogeologist Andy Hims, of Jagger Hims, has also visited
properties where the quarry's impact on wells is a concern. Any neighbours
of the quarry property are welcome to have a property visit/walk-through
