Norjohn Transfer Systems Limited has approval to operate a non-hazardous solid waste transfer site through Certificate of Approval A210114 issued by the Ministry of the Environment. The Certificate of Approval sets terms and conditions by which a waste transfer site must operate including outlining acceptable waste for receipt, volumes of waste receipt and financial security.

The site must not only operate within the terms and conditions outlined on the face of the Certificate of Approval but also in accordance with environmental law.
