Woodington Systems Inc. has approval to operate a waste transportation service through Certificate of Approval A8248 and a waste fuels/oil transfer station through Certificate of Approval A121012, both issued by the Ministry of the Environment.

A Certificate of Approval (CofA) sets terms and conditions by which a site must operate including outlining acceptable waste for receipt, volumes of waste receipt, financial assurance and transportation requirements. The company must not only operate within the terms and conditions outlined on the face of the certificate of approval but also in accordance with the environmental law and best management practices .
