Tack Coat

Tack Coat is an emulsified asphalt product used as a binder between multiple lifts of asphalt in order to ensure that each lift adheres to the other. Regulations and application rates for different surfaces and types of asphalts are in accordance with Ontario Provincial Standard specifications (OPSS).
